Silicon Photonic Polishing
We can achieve superior finishes on waveguide edge facets. Our techniques allow us the ability to process very small to large samples. Typical dimensions can be from 0.5 mm to 100 mm path length (facet to facet).
We are also experts at optically polishing waveguides on the following materials: Silicon,
Lithium Niobate, Lithium Tantalate, Gallium Arsenide, Gallium Phosphide, and Quartz.
